I absolutely loved the location of this hotel—it was truly perfect! Everything was within walking distance, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area. The hotel itself is very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, well-designed, and provided a great place to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and professional, making the stay overall very pleasant. However, the breakfast experience was a complete disaster. The setup felt like an airport security checkpoint, where you had to stand in a line for a line for a line, just to finally get in. It took forever, and after enduring it for the first couple of days, we decided to skip breakfast altogether for the last three days—it simply wasn’t worth wasting so much time. Instead, we grabbed bagels on the way out, which was a much better option. Other than the horrible breakfast logistics, everything else about the hotel was really great. If they could fix this issue, it would be a nearly perfect place to stay!

Great location, About 20-30 seconds walking distance to time square, and thats with heavy foot traffic. Friendly staff, very accomodating. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, love how the keys operate the elevator and the main breaker for the entire room's electricity. Shower was one of the best for any hotel i've ever stayed at, and that was really important to me...it was nice to be able to decompress each day, comfortably, after the constant hustle of manhattan.

Check-in was seamless, and the offer of an upgrade, without cost, a pleasant surprise. The room was big enough for our needs, although 2 persons had difficulty in passing each other at the end of the bed due to the tv mounted on the wall. If you didn't have your fill at breakfast, you weren't really trying.

We really enjoyed the large selection at the breakfast buffet as well. We will be back; my children made me promise! Thank you Riu!!
